I did 10 minutes of meditation today, before 20+ minutes of journaling. There’s a lot going through my “quiet” mind this morning.
Here’s my final paragraph:
“Anyway, there seems to be more negative to report than positive. I’m mostly resisting turning the negativity inward. I mean AT myself; I am not thinking negatively about myself -- I mean, not too much 😉 . I’m turning it around very quickly -- but the list of “Stuff” is mostly not good. I try to balance it with all the things I have done that are good -- the Win Spin 😃 And, those things for which I am grateful -- and there are very many, and easy to list. [20 minutes timer]. All in all, definitely not where I want to be but still OK.
Now I really need to get on with the day❗️
