Cancellation Policy

We understand that things change, so we don't lock you into a contract. You can cancel your membership and/or 1:1 coaching at any time, for any reason. However, we appreciate it if you can give us at least 1 week notice so that we can plan accordingly. To cancel your subscription, simply contact us at hello@mastermoderation.com and we will process your cancellation request within 48 hours. Please note that if you cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing period, you will not be refunded for the unused portion of your subscription.

The Lose the Hangover Bootcamp can be fully refunded within 7 days of purchase. To cancel , simply contact us at hello@mastermoderation.com and we will process your cancellation request within 48 hours. Refunds will not be provided outside of the 7 day window.

All sales of Seasonal Challenges and Workbooks, Guides, and Worksheets are final. No refunds will be issued.
