I completed Day 10 journaling 🙂
Here’s an excerpt: “I set my meditation timer for 10 minutes. Concentrating on BIBO (breathe in breathe out), the time went fairly fast.
Some of the things that went through my mind: my meeting yesterday with the BTAA people about the kittens; the follow up I need to do w/ the window cleaning guy; paint colors for KI (and using Philip instead of Chris -- which NOW leads me to thinking about our backordered door knob 🙄); the situation with the neighbors’ dogs; has Missy disowned me as a friend over John’s letter to them??; my indulgences yesterday (fish & chips and ice cream) buuuut, I didn’t drink (which I really wanted to do); AND more. I did keep bringing it back to the BIBO -- but still — that’s a lot of random thoughts 😆Â
