I do understand the principles of “just five minutes” and “if you can’t do five, just do one.” It’s about consistency (especially when it’s done at about the same time every day), follow through, habit development. Buuuut, five minutes isn’t enough time❗️Perhaps it does add some awareness in addition to the above, but it’s not enough time to “work things out” or discover deep truths.
I guess if I focus on the benefits, without judging the missing aspects, it will not be frustrating.
It is what it is and maybe it will be a stepping stone to the longer, more meaningful exercise that I think I need 🙂
