Back on track after missing a day (Day 5). Well, that didn’t take long, did it 😆
Yes, I’m laughing about it and that is a WIN.
So I missed one day 🤷♀️ and today I added a new hook to it; I meditated for 5 minutes before journaling. That doesn’t sound like much but it’s a habit that I want to get back to and 5 minutes was good enough 🙂
I was surprised when the timer went off.
